He is survived by: his son Paul Durio; his siblings, Anthony Durio (Melinda) and Myra LeBlanc (Jackie Durio); his girlfriend Tina Theriot; and his grandchildren, Kennadie Durio and Jaysen Durio. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
