He is survived by: his children, Telvis James Jacquet, Jonathan (Jacquet), Michael C. Jacquet, Jr. and Bianca Christine Jacquet; and his grandchildren, Julien Lee Bellard, Travan Hamilton Jacquet, Telsha Jacquet, Olivia Christine Jacquet and Morgan Etienne.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all attendees must wear masks or face coverings.
