He is survived by: his wife Kongkeo Insisiengmay of Broussard, LA; his children, Kayphet Insisiengmay, Chanthala Insisiengmay, Connie Insisiengmay, Pam Bui and Keokounma Insisiengmay; and his grandchildren, Justin Du, Madison Bui, Andrew Insisiengmay and Jacob Insisiengmay.
