He is survived by: his close friend Patricia Ballantine of Broussard; his daughter Holly Myers Bourgeois (Mark) of Opelousas; his granddaughters, Amber Domingue and Katie Thomasson; his great grandchildren, Aubrey Smith, Dalton Smith, Anna Lee Smith and Avery Smith; his sister Rose Hauser (Scott) of Florida; and also, Kelly, Mark Cantrell of Oklahoma, Kevin, Austin, Colleen (Bob Disher) of Colorado, Travis, Walker, Thomas, Julie Ballantine of Colorado, Benjamin and Samuel.
