He is survived by: his wife Janet Clements Smith; his children, Jerome Smith (Leigh), Jeremy Smith and Jacquelin McFarlin (Dean); his grandchildren, Davis, Camille (Casey), Lillian (Nicholas), Devin, Makayla, Rosalia, Lincoln, Rayson, Emily, Katie and Spark; and his great grandchild Cruz Dean. He is also survived by 2 siblings and multiple nieces and nephews.
