It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geedy Stokes (Broussard, Louisiana), who passed away on November 3, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elize Monroe Stokes and Juanita Beauxis of Abbeville; his wife Frances Stokes of Lafayette; and his children, Michael Stokes (Ellen) of Lafayette, Clint Stokes of Lafayette and Lisa Stokes of Lafayette. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
