Gail Rowland Winkle Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gail Rowland Winkle of Broussard, Louisiana, who passed away on August 13, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Raymond Estol Rowland; her husband Jack Cowan Winkle; and her mother Lois Constance Spurling Rowland. She is survived by: her children, Todd A. Winkle (Jennifer) of Baton Rouge and Andrea R. Winkle of Scott; her siblings, Craig Rowland (Dena) of Weatherford, Texas and Maureen Mattox of Bangor, Maine; and her grandchildren, Gavin Winkle, Emerson Winkle and Madelyn Roshto. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested contributions be made in memory of Gail, and her husband Jack, to the Houston Methodist Hospital Foundation, PO Box 4384, Houston, Texas 77210-4384, 832-667-5816, http://www.houstonmethodist.org, in support of the J.C. Walter Jr. Transplant Center or of the Bernicker Cancer Research Fund.
