He was predeceased by: his parent Rhena Bernard Comeaux; his wife Patsy Hebert Comeaux; his father Frank Comeaux; his sisters, Ethel Comeaux Martin (Lee Sr.) and Ina Comeaux Broussard (Louis); his daughter-in-law Sandra Boutte Comeaux; and his brother-in-law Gerald "Jerry" Mouton.

He is survived by: his sons, Patrick G. Comeaux (Michelle), Michael W. Comeaux (Marie), Karl J. Comeaux (Tammy) and Dennis J. Comeaux (Bobbi); his grandchildren, T. J. Blanton (Brandy), Ashley Blanton, Allison C. Cook (Derek), Taylor C. Risner (Joshua), Wayne Comeaux, Whitney Ross, Olivia Ross, Julia R. Courville (Chase), Brittany C. Summerlin (Tyler), Morgan C. Fontenot (Taylor), Katie Comeaux, Michael Comeaux, Jenna Comeaux and Joshua Comeaux; his great grandchildren, Knox, Max, Daphne, Khloe, Rowan, Lucia, June, Mila and Prewitt; and his sister Jane Comeaux Mouton.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Delhomme Funeral Home - Broussard Railroad (111 N Washington St, Broussard, LA 70518). A rosary was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church (200 W Main St, Broussard, LA 70518).
