He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Felton and Florence Celestine; his sister Cynthia Celestine; his uncle Joseph Celestine; and his cousin Leon Lewis.

He is survived by: his parents, Robert Joseph Duhon and Carolyn Marie Celestine; his daughter Daranae Amos; his stepson Artrivan Harris of Lafayette; and his siblings, Spidel Katelyn of Cade and Aisha Celestine of Alabama.
