He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ronald Norbert, Edison Norbert and Lilly Guidry. He is survived by: his mother Helen Norbert of Broussard, LA; his siblings, Clyde Norbert (Octavia) of Broussard, LA, Tracy Flugence (Walter) of Rayne, LA and Leslie Norbert of Broussard, LA; his children, Derrick Mouton (Lacey) of Broussard, LA, Donnalisa Eugene of Lafayette, LA and Shayla Alfred of St. Martinville, LA; and his grandchildren, Da'Mire Mouton, Trinadee Mouton, Javorey Eugene, Tyleah Williams and Tylise Williams. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
