He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Bradley Doyal; and his niece Jessica McGovern. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Doyal (Carmen) and Patricia Doyal McGovern; his children, Andrew Quarles (Susan) and Tiffany Oliver; and his nieces and nephews, Brandy Drake (Dan), Jennifer Russell (Matt), Julie McGovern, Ryan Doyal (Lauri) and James McGovern. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; six great-nephews; and a multitude of grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
