She was predeceased by: her husband Victor L. Padilla; her parents, Salvador Silva and Mariana Silva; her siblings, William, Ruben, Benny Silva and Lucy Hernandez; her sisters-in-law, Isabel Silva, Gloria and Margie Padilla; and her mother-in-law Luisa Padilla.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Marie Padilla (Dwayne Prejean), Victor (Maria Padilla) and David Padilla (MJ Ortiz); her grandchildren, Marielissa Pérez Padilla, Roxanne, Victor Jr., Leandro, Katrina, Vicky Padilla, Adrianna, Sofia, Sara and David Alexis Padilla; and her siblings-in-law, Irma, Gladys Silva and Felix Hernandez. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
