She is survived by: her husband Joseph Melton Chretien; her children, Marcus Chretien (Paulette) and Rebecca Chretien; her grandchild Kevon Chavis; and her siblings, Verna Jolivette, Evelyn Caldwell (Martin Breaux), Allen Guidry Sr. (Gracie), Sarah Comeaux, Yvonne Guidry and James Carson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
