She was predeceased by: her parents, Dollie McLain and Zelma Gray McLain; her siblings, Bonnie McLain and Emcee McLain; her brothers-in-law, Herman Miguez, Phillip Little and Robert Goulas; and her husband Maxie.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Chastain, Maxine Campaneria (Juan), Phillip Boudreaux (Michelle), Lynne Talbot (Tim) and Brent Boudreaux; her grandchildren, Amanda Talbot, Adam Campaneria, Mason Campaneria (Katie), Amber Boudreaux, Mathew Talbot, Mallory Boudreaux, Emily Talbot-Craft (Clayton) and Maxie James Boudreaux; her great grandchildren, Ace Emanuel and Morgan Campaneria; and her siblings, Johnny McLain (Betty), Shelby Goulas, Susan Little, Jimmy McLain (Doris) and Robert McLain (Dagmar).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her honor to Healing House of Lafayette to provide hope for grieving families.
