He is survived by: his wife Elena Gallusser Rome; his children, Jocelyn Rome (Reggie McFadden) and Justin Rome; his granddaughter Aubrey Scanlan; his sisters, Beth Bonnecaze (Henry), Veda Smith (Chuck) and Denise Soileau (Ricky); and his siblings-in-law, Mike Babin and Margaret Rome. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
