He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lewis and Locadie Batiste Lewis; and his siblings, Haywood Lewis (Gloria), Ivy Lewis (Dorothy), Wildon Lewis, Irvin Lewis (Dorothy), Joseph Lewis, Madelin Helaire (Lumas), Clement Lewis (Kirby) and Wilda Davis (Arthur).
He is survived by: his close friend Lisa Griffin; his stepchildren, Jacoby Griifin (Kylie), Gerard Marcell and Latoya Griffin; his sisters, Theresa Broussard and Estella Henry; his sister-in-law Lorraine Lewis; and his godchildren, Genia Lewis and Stormy Harris.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 7:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Pellerin Funeral Home - Breaux Bridge (211 Berard St, Breaux Bridge, LA 70517). A rosary was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 9:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church (610 N Main St, Breaux Bridge, LA 70517).
