He is survived by: his wife Priscilla Duhon Blanchard; his daughters, Brandi Nicole Blanchard (Lennis Babineaux) of Breaux Bridge and Brooke Angelle Blanchard (Harry Broussard) of Breaux Bridge; his grandchildren, Kelli Rose Blanchard, Emery Rain Broussard and Maverick Scott Broussard; and his siblings, Kevin J. Boutin, Angela Francis (Delvin) of Houma, Melissa Celestine (James Jackson) of Baton Rouge, Christa Anzalone of Church Point, Debbie LeJeune (Bradley) of Oregon and Wendy Boutin of Lafayette.
