She was predeceased by: her son Mark Joseph Mouton; her parents, John "Payan" Thompson Hayes, Jr. and Mary "Jane" Guidry Hayes; her sister Jacinta "Cindy" Hayes; and her brother-in-law Dickey Courville.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne "Monte" Flake; her daughters, Shantelle Tanner (Jason) and Courtni Mouton (Jacob); her stepchildren, Amanda Hayes (Jerry) and Wayne "Monte" Flake, Jr. (Marissa); her siblings, Dean Hayes (Cassie), Jerry Hayes (Amanda), Cathy Courville and Nicky David (Daniel); her grandchildren, Alanna Olivier, Rejen Olivier, Tatum Olivier, Adalyn Schexnayder, Colton Hollier, Jerry Hayes, Jr., Joshua Hayes and Savannah Hayes; and her great grandchildren, Cadence Marceaux, Zylan Olivier and Zayvien Simon.
