Guilbeau Sr. of Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, born in Golden Meadow, Louisiana, who passed away on November 28, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his former wife Yvonne "Mickey" Guilbeau; his parents, Edward, Sr. Guilbeau and Rosiete Guilbeau; his daughter Janiece Messick; his children-in-law, Dave Kohara and Tammy Guilbeau; his siblings, Eddie Guilbeau, Jr., Anthony Guilbeau, Irene Potts, Hatty Hardy and Locade Terrebonne; and his great grandchild Jude Welch.
He is survived by: his wife Amelia B. Guilbeau; his sons, Rogers J. Guilbeau, Jr. (Mary), Christopher Cheramie and Frank Guilbeau; his stepsons, Blake Esponge (Sue) and Carlos Esponge (Bobbie); his daughters, Rosie Kohara, Donna Hayes (Orlan), Cheryl Chandler and Elizabeth "Liz" Cheramie (Lance); his stepdaughters, Melissa Esponge and Janero Rodrigue; and his son-in-law Bruce Messick, Sr.. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
