It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Randal J. Melancon of Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, born in Lafayette, Louisiana, who passed away on June 21, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Louis Melancon; and his children, Bryce and Faith Melancon. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Ponnie" Peltier Melancon; his children, Olivia Patin (Ian), Sophia, Mark (Denise), Patrick (Sarah), Lane, Louis, Stephen and Dominic; his mother Rhena Touchet Melancon; his grandchildren, James, Maria, Jacob, Ella and Ruby; and his son Ian Patin.
