She was predeceased by: her mother Merline Jones; her grandparents, Auther and Hazel Jones; her siblings, Anetra Harrison and Nolan Jones; her nephew Carderral Jones; and her aunts and uncles, Joseph, Arthur, Calvin, Wesley Jones, Leona Mae Zeno and Elzina Jones.
She is survived by: her husband Leslie Moffett, Jr.; her son Kendrick Moffett of Breaux Bridge; her siblings, Emmanuel Jones of Lafayette, Huey Jones (Shantell) of Katy and Debrica Jones of Houston, TX; and her mother-in-law Rosie Jones of Lafayette, LA. She is also survived by sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Kinchen Funeral Home (1011 N St Antoine St, Lafayette, LA 70501). A rosary was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church (145 Martin Luther King Jr Dr, Lafayette, LA 70501). A burial was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at the Calvary Cemetery (355 Teurlings Dr, Lafayette, LA 70501).
