He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm Stelly and Merella Duplechin Stelly; his son Matthew Stelly; and his brother-in-law Steve Scarbrough. He is survived by: his wife Kelly L. Stelly; his son Jake Stelly; and his siblings, Stuart Stelly (Julie), Dale Stelly (Theresa), Trixie Scarbrough and Karla Schwartz (Steve).
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge (211 Berard St, Breaux Bridge, LA 70517).
