He is survived by: his wife Linda Schexnider Frelich; his children, Douglas Frelich (Kitty), Zachary Latiolais (Dawn), Jacob Latiolais, Seth Latiolais, Joseph "Blue" Dugas, Heidi Courville (Micky) and Angela Wiltz; his grandchildren, Braydon Frelich and Christopher Frelich; his great grandchildren, Bryson Frelich and Brayden Frelich; and his siblings, Donald Frelich (June), Margaret St. Marie (Eugene) and Peggy Johnson (Bucky).
