He was predeceased by: his parents, Nathan Huval and Anna Mae Webb Huval; and his grandson Jasper Hawk. He is survived by: his spouse Melinda "Mindy" Chassion Huval; his daughter Charly Hawk (Timothy); his stepchildren, Joycelyn Matthews, Gracie Graffia, Crystal Morvant and Ryan Angelle; his sisters, Charlotte Blanchard (Carroll) and Madeline Harshberger (Greg); his grandchildren, Kenneth, Cooper Hawk, Matthew and Randy Angelle; his nieces and nephews, Kenneth, Matthew, Samuel Harshberger, Danielle Pope and Elizabeth Harshberger; and his great-nephew Maeson Carter Pope.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family to help with medical and funeral expenses.
