She is survived by: her children, Joseph Melancon (Cheryl) of Carencro, Donald James Wiltz (Melissa) of Henderson, Denise Melancon (Joey) of Crawfordville, FL and Racquel Cullar (Alex) of Virginia; and her caregiver Donna Laviolette of Breaux Bridge. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
