It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Theriot Sieber of Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, who passed away on February 25, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Loretta Theriot had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Loretta Theriot may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harris Theriot and Irene Albert Theriot; her daughter Naomi Sieber; her brother Harvey Theriot; and her sister-in-law Peggy Theriot.
She is survived by: her daughter Kala Sieber; and her sisters, Sheilla Mouton, Veronica Thibodeaux (Abby) and Faye Trahan (Audie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Pellerin Funeral Home of Breaux Bridge (211 Berard St, Breaux Bridge, LA 70517). A rosary was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 9:45 AM at the same location. A memorial service was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church - Parks (1034 Bridge Street Hwy, St Martinville, LA 70582). The inurnment was held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at the Our Lady of the Lake Cemetery.
