He was predeceased by: his parents, Ozaire Guidry and Leontine Doré Guidry; his brothers, Paul Guidry and Pascal Guidry; his sisters-in-law, Edolie Guidry and Emilie Guidry; his sister Genevieve Guidry Boudreaux; his brother-in-law Dalton Boudreaux; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Roberts and Jerrod Anthony Guidry.
He is survived by: his wife Dolly Landry Guidry; his children, Dicky Guidry (Jeannese LeBlanc Guidry) of Breaux Bridge, Eric Guidry (Lori Taylor Guidry) of Lafayette, Donna Roberts (George) of Brandon, MS, Joan Marks (Jerrold) of Arnaudville and Faye LeBlanc (Kenneth) of Breaux Bridge; and his grandchildren, Marsha Williams, Valerie Cummins, Jordan Hebert, Elyse Landry, Madison Larriviere, Paul Derouen, Jacques Guidry, Jesse Guidry, Jon Robert Marks, Jason Marks, Arthur LeBlanc, Christopher LeBlanc and Parker Guidry.
