He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Alexander Lewis; his stepson Dominic Martinez; his children, Mark Lewis (Mariah), Christopher Lewis, Bridget Lewis (Mike) and Shalana Crawford (Marcus); his siblings, Herman Lewis (Virgie), Bradley Lewis, Jr. (Jill), Louella Charles, LouVelma Abraham and Mary Belle Onlow; and his grandchildren, Braedon Dural, Saylor Lewis, Kashton Lewis and Malaine Frederick.
