He is survived by: his wife Earline Sonnier; his sons, Robert Chet Sonnier (Melissa), Steve Dirck Sonnier (Cheryl), David Troy Sonnier (Kris Reed) and Michael Drew Sonnier (Dione); his siblings, Nelson Sonnier, Kenny Sonnier and Verlie LeBlanc (Curley); his grandchildren, Kerri Menard, Ji Sonnier, Lexi Sonnier, Sydni Sonnier, Darion Sonnier, Logan Sonnier and Sophie Sonnier; and his great grandchildren, Drew Menard, Aaron Menard, Ella Hebert, Nora Sonnier and Asher Huval. He is also survived by his loving wife, children, grandchildren, extended family members, and numerous friends.
