He is survived by: his wife Charlene Usie Blanchard of Breaux Bridge; his children, Dean Blanchard (Charlotte) of Breaux Bridge, Troy Blanchard (Julaine) of Fulshear, TX and Jamie Blanchard (Julie Cribbs) of Baton Rouge; his stepchildren, Sharma Breaux of Breaux Bridge and Byron Breaux (Wendi) of Lafayette; his siblings, Janice Blanchard Duplantis (Warren "Tookie") of St. Martinville, Glynn Blanchard (Patricia) of St. Martinville and Keith Blanchard (Miranda) of St. Martinville; his sister-in-law Renee Blanchard; his grandchildren, Ridge Blanchard of Washington, D. C., Shea Blanchard McDaniel of Saraland, AL, Beau Blanchard of Lafayette, Caroline Blanchard of College Station, TX and Wes Blanchard of Fulshear, TX.; his stepgrandchildren, Justin, Kristin, Alaina Zeringue, Brennan Breaux, Aralyn Breaux of Lafayette, Drew, Kayleigh and Layni Menard of Breaux Bridge; and his great grandchildren, Liam Blanchard and Ada Gray McDaniel.
