He is survived by: his wife Esaure "Mimi" Picard; his children, Jill Marie Picard and Johnny Picard; his sisters-in-law, Irene Friedman Picard and Mary Sanders Picard; and his grandchildren, Christopher Jake Graham, Courtney Thomassee Kidder, Brinnslee Reese Picard, Zack Eaton, Julia Eaton and William Eaton.
