It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herman Lee Mallett of Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, born in Welsh, Louisiana, who passed away on March 10, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam John Mallett and Laura Cormier of Welsh; and his brothers, Albert Mallett of Texas and Joseph Mallett of Baton Rouge. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine "Beanie" Mallett of Breaux Bridge; his children, Harlyn Mallett (Rochelle) of Westlake and Helaine Gover (Keith) of Moss Bluff; his grandchildren, Merzie Driscol (Drew) of Austin, Rachel Gover (Marcus LeDoux) of Lake Charles and Eann Gover of Moss Bluff; and his brother Henry Mallet of Welsh. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
