He was predeceased by: his parents, Oleus Champagne, Sr. and Elise Champagne; his son Mickey Gerard Champagne; and his siblings, Earl Champagne, Howard "Mack" Champagne, Edward Champagne, Linden Champagne, Sr., Oleus Champagne, Jr., Harold Champagne, Verna Guidry, Maudrey Landry and Emma Lou Serrette.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Ann Mason Champagne; his son Chris Champagne (Summer); his daughter-in-law Liz Champagne; his sisters, Mazel Dwyer and Elise Verrett; his grandchildren, Amberly Champagne, Michael Champagne, John Champagne (Megan), Tommy Champagne, Ava Champagne and Cohen Champagne; and his great grandchild Francis Champagne.
