He was predeceased by: his father Joseph LeBlanc, Sr.; his siblings, Herman LeBlanc, Herbert LeBlanc, Hazel and Clothilde LeBlanc; his grandparents, Decua, Clothilde Jean Batisite, Lionel and Hazel LeBlanc; and his godmother Mary Jones.
He is survived by: his mother Otelia LeBlanc; his siblings, Francene LeBlanc (Lacy Burrell) and Joseph LeBlanc (Jacqueline); his adoptive daughter Jalyne Landry; and also, Channing Landry and Lennox Dean.
Francis' compassionate spirit shone through his participation in various community events, such as the "Songs in Solidarity" concert series during the pandemic, where his music served as a source of comfort and hope for those in need.
