He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Jacques LeBlanc; his parents, Willis LeBlanc and Marie Allemand LeBlanc; and his grandparents, Bernard, Odille Blanchard Allemand, Valsin and Honore Melancon LeBlanc.
He is survived by: his siblings, Elton LeBlanc and Edith LeBlanc. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and several great nieces and great nephews.
