He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence and Goldie Hotard, Sr.; and his siblings, Ruby Boudreaux, Marion Breaux, Ruth Delahoussaye and Riley Hotard.
He is survived by: his wife Diane A. Hotard of Breaux Bridge; his daughters, Cassie A. Hotard (Rusty Persilver) of Charenton, Tonya M. Hotard (Dale Courville) and Jennifer L. Begnaud (Terry) of Arnaudville; his grandchildren, Candice Hotard and Kirk; and his godchildren, Pamela Guidry and Robyn Theriot.
