She is survived by: her husband Bill Perkins; her daughter Annie Perkins; her siblings, Larry Guidry (Jamie), Tony Guidry and Margaret Trahan (Dale); her nieces and nephews, Karen Trahan, Kelly Trahan, Michelle Guidry, Mathew Guidry, Kate Guidry, Jacy Guidry, Darby Griffin, Holly Guidry, Tyler Guidry, Travis Guidry, Trey Guidry, Lainie Guidry and Madison Guidry; and her godchild Remy Paul Guidry.
