She was predeceased by: her husband Howard Harris; her parents, Lucille Alexander and Tony Alexander; her sisters, Agnes Cormier and Ruby Alexander; her grandson Gerald Paul Dural, Jr.; and her sons-in-law, Clayton Jones and Bailey Meche.
She is survived by: her children, Carrie Jones, Gloria LeBlanc (Sherman), Rosemary "Carol Ann" Edwards (Shelton), Elizabeth Sam (Jimmy) of Lafayette La, Mary Johnson (Calvin) of St. Martinville La, Sharon Meche of Carencro La, Clara Babino Opelousas (Donald), Mary Lois Dural Sr. (Gerald Paul) of Cankton La, Joseph Harris (Rose) and Tony Harris (Charlotte) of Lafayette La; and her siblings, Elvina Sampy of Carencro, Eunice Charles of Lafayette and Joseph Alexander (Wanda) of Lafayette. She is also survived by 40 grandchildren; 109 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
