Lewis, Sr. (Julie); his stepchildren, Dalbert Sampy, Sr. (Nadine), Loggis Sampy, Jr. (Sharon), Patrick Sampy, Sr. (Melissa), Dary Sampy, Sr. (Louanna) and Linda Bruno; his grandchildren, Shanti Lewis, Kourtni Lewis and Paul Lewis, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Kyla, Jasmine, DaJiane and Devon; and his nephew Tony Batiste. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
