Aaron Douglas Choate Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 6, 2025, at the age of 46, Aaron Douglas Choate (Breaux Bridge, Louisiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his nephew Kelly Theriot. He is survived by: his wife Chantel Gravouilla Choate; his daughter Abigail Choate; his parents, Brad Choate and Dorothy Choate; his sisters, Julie Smith (Jason) and Jill Mayes (Willie); his parents-in-law, Rocky Gravouilla (Eva Broussard) and Brenda Gravouilla; his brother-in-law Brandon Gravouilla (Lindsey); and his nieces and nephews, Carson, Owen, Collin, Tracy, Cody, Naomie and Roman.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:45 PM at the Family Church (223 Stone Ave, Lafayette, LA 70507). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to a legacy fund established in Aaron's memory for his daughter Abigail.
