He is survived by: his son John Fontenot (Ainsley) of Boyce; his mother Doris Fontenot of Moss Bluff, LA; his grandchildren, Grayson and Adley Kate Fontenot of Boyce; and his siblings, Raphael Fontenot, Jr. (Cathy), John Patrick Fontenot (Katherine) of Natchez, MS, Karen Stein (Mark) of Moss Bluff, LA, Edna Gilbert (Jimmy) of Lake Charles, Doris Breaux (Charles) of Moss Bluff, LA and Paula Hebert (Robert) of Moss Bluff, LA.
