He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; and his parents, Jesse and Cora. He is survived by: his children, Kathy Shreve, Phyllis Shreve and Jesse Shreve; his son-in-law Collin B. Rooker; his grandchildren, Taylor Shreve and Tucker Shreve; and his significant other Bob Voss. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.

Lewis N. Shreve, 82, of Boyce, passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2018, from the severe effects of Alzheimer's and dementia.
