He was predeceased by: his parents, Gracie Spurlock and Ray Spurlock; his sister Sandra Spurlock; and the mother of his children JoAnn Bulher. He is survived by: his sons, Dale Spurlock Jr. (Meridith) of Rosharon and Jamison Spurlock (Deana) of Haughton, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Mya Roy (Hunter), Madalen, Blaire, Mercy, Tayler, MaKenna, Maggie Pearl and Robbie Joe; and his extended family, Perrodils, DuCotes and Arnolds. He is also survived by his six brothers and sisters, a wealth of nieces and nephews.
