He is survived by: his wife Anne Roy of Boyce; his children, Robert Roy of Boyce, LA, Gordon Roy of Maryland, Victor Roy (Pam) of Sunset, LA and Charlotte Owens (Cliffton) of Otis, LA; his siblings, Louis Roy, James Roy and Loretta Hebert; and his grandchildren, Joseph Lee Roy and Kaitlin Marie Roy.
