With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Iva Jeannette Swartz of Boyce, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 8, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband James Otis Swartz; and her parents, Curtis Barnes and Ethel Barnes. She is survived by: her children, James C. Swartz (Jan) of Lena, Cecelia Futrell (Dickie) of Dry Prong and Amanda Alexander (Steve) of Deville; her sister Virginia Parker of Perkinston, Mississippi; and her grandchildren, Rory Swartz, Andi Jeannette Gauthreaux, David Futrell, Sarah Parrino, Joshua White and Brittany White. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
