He is survived by: his wife Dolly DeVanie Douzart; his children, Anne Fontenot (Troy), Peter Mahfouz, III (Niki) and Paul Mahfouz; his grandchildren, Christopher, Wesley, Preston, Bailey, Cameron, Kelsi, Kayla and Tristin; and his brother Gordon Douzart (Carol). He is also survived by his six great-grandchildren.
