He is survived by: his wife Melissa Beebe Smith; his children, Christopher Chance Smith, Cortland Luke Smith, Christen Camille Smith and Lauren Jacqueline Smith; his grandson Liam Johnson; and his brothers, Monty Smith (Kim) and Shea Smith (Doretta).
