He was predeceased by: his parents, Estelle Durison Pacholik and Frank Joe Pacholik Jr.; and his brother David Paul Pacholik. He is survived by: his wife Judy Lemoine Pacholik; his children, Frank Joe Pacholik III (Trey) and Renee Pacholik Maddox (Robert Boo Maddox); and his grandchildren, Heather Maddox, Devon Pacholik, Haley Maddox (Andy Dempsey), Haven Maddox (Hunter Sims), Robert Maddox (Lil Boo) and Hayden Maddox.
