He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Boothroyd and Bessie Boothroyd. He is survived by: his wife Venita Martin Boothroyd; his daughter Helen Martin; his stepdaughter Stacey Atella (Jeff Phillips); his sons, Darrell Boothroyd (Lori), Donald Keith Boothroyd, Dwight Edward Boothroyd and Dale Kirby (Ronda); and his stepson David Frankovic (Holly). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to a Veterans assistance program or to Clifton Faith Chapel Pentecostal Church instead.
