He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Harper; his children, June, Denise, Valerie, Sandra and Bonnie Hall; his siblings, James Harper, Beverly Richardson and Linda Anderson; and his aunt Amy Blade. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
